Ordered 300 soccer balls for a charity event. The balls were being packed here to be sent overseas. This company took the money and provided a fake tracking number for a shipment they promised was being sent Second Day Air through UPS. When we didn't receive the items Friday as promised, we delayed packing half of the boxes until Monday, hoping to get the real tracking number and clear up the confusion. Called the main number from the website, no answer. Called the secondary
