One of my close friends regularly gets her hair done here, and because of how amazing she always looks, I decided to come as well. I got a bleach + peekaboo dye and had the best experience ever! The owner and his assistant (?) were both super kind and lovely. They offered me a charger, water, and several snacks to help pass the time while waiting for the bleach. My hair was in terrible shape when I walked in and I felt so ugly, but I was able to leave feeling more confident thanks to the owner's skills. The color turned out perfect, and I can't believe how soft my hair still feels after all that bleach! I love it so much. I also appreciated the owner's haircare tips and advice as I'm trying to grow it out. Definitely my new go-to salon! Thank you so much!!

I've been going to Neos for years now, and there's no one else I would trust with my hair! Neos is truly a hair magician - whether it's cutting, perming, or coloring (though I haven't personally dyed my hair because it's sensitive to bleach), he consistently brings out the best in my hair. I recently decided to try a big change with straight bangs, something I was nervous about since I've always stayed away from bangs or just opted for side-swept looks. Neos assured me that the style would suit my face, and the results are beyond amazing! The bangs are perfectly shaped, and I feel like a whole new person! Every six months, I go to Neos for a straight perm, and every few months for a cut, and I always leave the salon feeling fresh, confident, and so well taken care of. Neos genuinely listens, understands hair like an artist, and takes time to ensure each client is comfortable and satisfied with the end result. His attention to detail and his passion for hair are truly evident in every appointment. This salon has a great vibe, nice lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the service is great, not just with your hair's outcome, but how youre treated while you're here. I've been getting my hair done by Neos for a few years now, since I moved to the area and was able to get my hair done after lockdown. I happened to find great reviews at the previous salon, contacted Neos on Instagram, and went in for my first cut and color. It was a great experience where I was really comfortable and I really loved the style and beautiful color we got. They spent a good amount of time patiently lifting my hair so it wouldn't be damaged and regularly checking it to ensure it lifted evenly and to the level we needed. This has always been my experience with Neos and the team and it keeps me coming back. Over the years I've done many different lengths, styles, and colors with Neos. I always come in with a new request, and I'm never disappointed. Neos checks and double checks example images for the style and specific color, and will give suggestions if needed. One thing that I really appreciate is that I can have an example of a cut and get exactly that cut, unlike some experiences I've had at other places where a stylist will decide to give me a more "feminine" version of what I actually want. Neos always honors what I request and I'm always satisfied with the outcome. For color, we've literally done platinum, silver, lavender, and peachy rose, and my hair has been treated well through all those journeys. The team is always very nice and inviting! I've honestly felt intimidated or nervous when I got my hair done at other places the past, but I'm so comfortable with this team, I've followed them through two salons and now to Neos' own salon. They're patient and kind through the whole process, checking in often, which I find important with something as critical as slowly lifting hair to not damage it. Overall, I really recommend this salon if you're looking for a reliable place to get vivid color that won't damage your hair. I plan to keep coming here forever with all of my hair adventures.
