Yoko's Designs In Flowers & Plantings

I ordered flowers to be sent to a relative only to learn that I had provided the wrong address. Yoko, the owner of the flower shop, happened to be making the deliveries today and called me. She was so kind, thoughtful, and patient in helping to make sure the flowers got to the correct address. The flower arrangement was beautiful and reflected the same care and attention that I can tell Yoko puts into all aspects of her business.

I received a surprise bouquet from my partner around 9PM and I believe it was Yoko herself personally delivering it at such an hour! I don't think I know or have experienced a florist do such a thing but it was much appreciated and adds a local yet kind touch to her work. The flowers were fresh and vibrant with full colour - above and beyond service even if it was a surprise!

I received a Xmas flower arrangement from my brother. It was an all white design with hydrangea & roses with beautiful fillers throughout.Yoko went out of her way to deliver these a few days before Xmas.I was impressed that almost 2 weeks later the flower arrangement is still thriving - showing that Yoko used very fresh flowers.I highly recommend this florist and will order for my friends & family in the future.
