I did not receive a bill on my credit card balance. I received a bill the next month with a late charge. When I called it was confirmed the bill was returned to capital one. I asked for the late fee to be removed. This was done, however they refused to remove the interest fee of $6.45. I was not happy but I paid it. Now I am getting another bill for $2.45! I am having to call again! Now they acknowledge the error but still want me yo pay the $2.45 or get charged a late fee.What a mess!!! Avoid this card at all costs!!! Waste of time and they can’t solve an issue!!!
