“I spent 45 minutes this morning trying to find another urgent care clinic that was covered by my daughters Medi-Cal plan, just because of the miserable reviews of this urgent care. Finally we went in, and we had a great experience. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and got us in as a walk/in appointment instantly. Nurse was very friendly with my 3-year-old and skilled at testing kids. Dr. Shic came in and explained the test results and we were on our way.“

I can only say, if you've been to an ER or other health facility recently, I would rate this Concentra location in the upper quartile. I think there are shortages everywhere in Bay Area locations, so no matter where you go, be prepared for some delays, mix-ups, etc. No matter where you go, be polite, but also be ready to advocate for yourself.“
