We are EXTREMELY dissatisfied and would HIGHLY discourage anyone from having an investment account with Union Banc Investment Services! During the current pandemic, our clients nonprofit was in need of access to the funds in their investment account. The funds were available to access and NOT tied up in a short or long term account. Over two dozen phone calls and countless emails have been made over the past two months, however, Union Banc Investment Services has given us the runaround and are dragging their feet. The bank is in the "Grand Old Lady of California Street", which was the third designated San Francisco landmark. The stone building, which was built after 1906 is majestic with it columns and large windows. The interior is open with ample use of stone/marble, and beautiful ceilings and cornices. I came to open an account and was assisted by Brent, who was friendly and efficient in setting up my account. He provided all the documentation for my records and the information that I needed to set-up my online access. DO NOT BANK HERE. They're absolutely incompetent and you risk losing your money by banking here. My family has banked here for over 30 years and I'm getting the runaround. Spare yourself the many many many LONG and infuriating phone calls, anxiety, and anger that comes along with this bank.
