I had a very comfortable and welcoming experience for my first tattoo! I had Taylor give me a good run down of what I'm getting into and I was all the more comfortable with this process because of it. If you are on the fence about certain places to go to and want room for collaboration, I would go here!

this shop is really great and close to the water. super old school tattoo parlor but there is definitely a good mix of different tattoo styles present. personally recommend Shona(@skeletonvelvet). my partner and i have gotten three tattoos between the two of us from them. best artist i've been to in CA and they are extremely talented. already lined up to get more!

My wife got me an appointment with Taylor for my birthday and he did NOT disappoint!! He was honest, helpful, and clearly passionate about his work. I love the way the tattoo came out and it was not expensive or overpriced like so many other spots in the Bay! We will absolutely be going back! I love that they are a neighborhood shop too. I'll update with a photo when it's all healed up! It's looking great so far!!
