Super easy to schedule and didn't have to wait at all when I got there. Dr Hancock and the other lady who did the exam were very professional, friendly, and respectful. I really liked talking with them and they made it a comfortable environment. Only thing that knocks this review down from a 5 star is the receptionists, they both are very cold and don't seem to care about you. The male receptionist there has no care in the world for you it seems, just sits there until you speak up first, and seems annoyed you're talking to him regarding an appointment or anything else.
