I just got my 4 panel, tri-glass system installed, and i couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Janna Lao was outstanding from her initial response to my request for an estimate to the final style/design to the placing of my order. She kindly and professionally responded and accommodated all my change request and or providing details to information and the process I did not understand. Janna, thank you. You are awesome. The company is lucky to have you representing their products and the way it does business.

After TOO long of living in our place it was time to get rid of our horrrible doors and get new ones. We were worried that our choices were limited, but Janna Lao completely understood us and our needs and gave us sooooo many options for our place. We never felt overwhlemed with choices or pressured to buy on the spot. The design is sleek and elegant and Janna walked us through every step from design to installation. She never fell off the map in communication, and was always availble for any appointment, in-person or Zoom. Thank you so much Janna for the support and making this process a cakewalk!

I was helped through the purchase process by Janna Lao. It was a great experience. I laid out the details of the project and she gave all the options and prices. We revised the quote and changed the project details several times and she responded quickly each time with updated quotations and details. The quotes and estimates were clear and accurate. Once I put down the deposit for the order, Sliding Door sent out two people to measure everything.Janna then went through all the final details once again before we signed the final document.
