I can't say enough about the quality of their product, and their service. I got my roman shades from them over 20 years ago. Aside from a little dust, it still looks new!Recently however, there was a fault with one of the pulleys, such that the mechanism wouldn't work if I wanted to pull the shades up. I called them up, they found my order from 2 decades ago, then soon sent someone out to replace the faulty part. Peggy and Ed were awesome to work with. In an era where customer service has lost all meaning, it was delightful and refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their products, and are committed to customer satisfaction. They are truly awesome

I am very happy with my solar shades with decorative clutches from the Roman Shade Company. The clutches are gorgeous and the fabric is a nice thick material. There was hesitation to even get a quote from them because I thought their location at the SF Design Center would make them too expensive. However after getting 5 quotes, they had the best value and highest quality product. Ed responded right away, and Luke the design consultant provided the quote and did the measurements. They were experts and advised me to split my requested giant shades in half to avoid waves in hanging. Ulysses was a master installer. From measurement to installation, the process took a scant 6 weeks. Maybe faster if they didn't have to order my requested fabric sample. Highest marks for both product and service!
