They did a great job. I needed to ask them to make sure the pipe they installed on the exterior was exactly aligned - it was a little off. But all in all, fast, courteous and professional.

TLDR was one of the first roofers I requested a quote from. I explained to Manuel about a leak on the roof. He was honest enough to suggest a patch job and not replace the entire roof, which he thought would last a few more years. After some thought about the age of the roof (over 20+ years old) I decided to replace the entire roof. Manuel and his team did a great job replacing the old tar and gravel roof and light well on the flat in the outer Richmond. I would recommend TLDR. Also, his team wore masks due to the pandemic.

We are extremely happy with The Last Detail Roofing! Manuel and his crew just finished up a full roof replacement for our home in the Outer Sunset. Very competitive price and great service. Manuel was extremely communicative from start to finish. He was quick to schedule an estimate, was clear about when his team would be able to schedule the work, and then updated us multiple times when rain delayed the project. Manuel replaced our roof with modified bitumen, repaired dry rot as needed, replaced shingles both on the front pitch and around our atrium, and installed two Solar tubes to add some much needed natural light in our kitchen. The crew showed up on time every day, was respectful of my family at all times (we're all home due to the pandemic), wore masks whenever they were near us, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I'd happily work with Manuel and The Last Detail again.
