I think what many of the other reviewers struggle with here is that this is definitely a no frills kind of place. Very basic amenities, no nonsense employees, and pretty different overall from the fancier western style spas we may be used to going to. The style of massage (even the full body deep tissue /Swedish) was done in a pretty traditional Chinese style. Which is to say that it was intense, limited privacy (which I think some reviewers interpret as "sexual", which it was not), and, depending on the massage type you do, they sometimes climb on the table to work on your back or other muscle groups, which if you're not used to it, can seem strange. I had a great experience here. I had tried to go to another spot but they were full so I stopped in blind. The woman at the front desk explained everything and made sure I was comfortable (they're also careful about cleaning and following covid procedures). She asked if a male masseuse was fine and I said yes. I didn't get his name but he was great. I had mentioned I had tension in my back and he spent the most time getting all the tension and knots out. It is awkward to pay and tip before going in but you can always make sure you have cash and just tip your masseuse directly.

Walked in, door chimed. dude was sleeping in chair, no one at counter. Started to leave, door chimed again. The guy woke.No English. Went to get a woman who arrived to help. Read the options, chose my massage, was asked me to pay first, Seemed fishy, I thought.Paid. "Cindy, will be with you soon". Waited about 10" in room.Cindy arrived. Also, no English. Massage was good,. Came out, given lukewarm water.$60 massage, gave $9. I heard more English: "20%?" she asked a few times.I know of no standard, a tip is my discretion.
