I had a great experience in my bankruptcy case with Mr. Raymond and Mr. Rosenthal. I saw Mr. Rosenthal on 12/26/2023 and we filed chapter 7 the same day. My visit to the office was approximately just 1 hour. They are great, knowledgeable and efficient. Straight to the point and no tom foolery. I have no income so they were able to waive the court fee for me. I had my 341 meeting today and they were both there to represent me. I did not have much questions but both are always available to answer phone & e-mail. Thank you for helping me with my case!

I put myself through school twice. I came out of school with a master's degree in 2003, while also having a bachelor's from 1989. I graduated at the top of my class in both instances, but it put me into a lot of debt, and the entry offers I got (with TONS of experience) out of the master's program were pitiful for someone living in SF. So I had to hang out my own shingle and, being a small business, over the last many years it really took a toll with school debt and business debt.
