I hate writing this follow up review, but my current experience with Valerie and her company is vastly different than the person I worked with 5 years ago. My website has broken down many times over the years. When I reach out for help, she goes MIA. The support has been terrible. I feel like I am dealing with a completely different person than the one who built my website who I really liked. My website has been down for a month this time. I have reached out to her 5 times with no response. Therefore, I have to sadly retract my earlier recommendation regarding Valerie and Tall Cube because their level of customer service dramatically declined and it's just not the... read full review

Valerie and her team at Goose Dog Designs were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, and beautiful design work. They spent the time to get to know me and my style, and came up with a design that accurately reflects me and my business. They were patient and helpful at every step. And they followed through to the very end, making sure my concerns were addressed, and any technical issues from the hosting company were resolved quickly And the finished product speaks for itself!
