Steed has really pulled through for me and my family! Initially, my girlfriend and I were referred to Steed through her family. We looked at over a dozen houses together and Steed was always so well prepared for each listing! Even though we didn't purchase a home I felt confident referring him to my parents to sell their home in the Central Valley. A Bay Area agent selling a Central Valley property? Yes! Steed looked at comps and explained that the homes that sold in our area were mostly 'lifestyle' interests instead of agricultural. He gave us precise instructions to follow to make our home look presentable and he handled all the advertisements. We tried to do the work ourselves but ran short on time.
