Slava at Star Appliances worked with our Bluestar Stove and a Zephr Hood when we lived in San Francisco. Having moved across the bay to Berkeley 4 years ago, when I called him up for advice on an issue we are having with our Bluestar oven dial and the themostat rod, he took the time to describe possible issues, then looked at and commented on what he saw in a couple of photos and a video. Wonderful experience. Super friendly and responsive. Came out to diagnose a leaky washer and also made time to repair our oven that had been heating unreliably. Clearly takes a lot of pride in providing quality, professional service.Services: Washing machine repair
