A friend recommended Soul Scissors Hair Design to me and I have been going for a year. Lily is a great hair stylist. She is very accommodating to all my requests, and I feel comfortable asking her styling opinion.I've asked her opinion on hair styles and she hasn't steered me wrong yet.

I truly love this hair salon. I have been a customer of Lily's, she is the owner, for about 8 years. Never before have I met an individual that understands hair so well. I have brought many of my friends in and she transforms and revitalizes their hair. She will also consult with you about the look you want and inform you what is best for the health of your hair. The most shocking thing is how little she charges. I pay her about 1/3 what I would pay someone else in Japantown and Lily does about twice as good a job.
