Great and quick service! We called one day and they came out the next to remove an old remnant pipe that was taking up a whole corner in my kitchen. The rate was super reasonable and they cleaned up all debris. Would use them again for a service such as this and anything else that needs demolition and removal in my old house.

We used Smart Demolition to remove some concrete berms in our garage. The team did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Fast response time, great work, and friendly team. I couldn't be happier.

Alex and his team did a terrific job for us. We needed a fairly large concrete slab demo'd and removed. They were quick - demo done in one day, including a lot of rebar - cleaned up the area and hauled the material the next day. They were considerate of the neighbors and had all their own equipment - compressor etc.i would highly reccomend them.
