I was very, very pleased working with Smack Happy. They delivered what they promised on pricing, timeline, and had some great suggestions for my new website. Since the launch, whenever I have changes/updates they take care of them quickly and hassle free. A project I procrastinated and was terrified of tackling went off without a hitch. Smack Happy is it for me, they are my website shop now. If anybody is looking for a new website, or WordPress maintenance, they should definitely hire Smack Happy!

The response time is probably what I'm most happy about when it comes to working with Smack Happy Design. When something happens or if I have a question, I feel like it gets handled almost immediately.The other thing that I really like is the training that's available. Smack Happy has really empowered me to update things on our website myself. I love that they make these videos for me just showing me how to do things and I've gone back and referenced them a few times.We are a small business, so everybody wears a lot of hats.
