I was not going to write a review despite their irresponsiveness to maintenance and safety issues until I was personally insulted by the super/ caretaker- Kevin. To pay over 2k a month and to ignore safety concerns is bad business. The locks on my doors had not been changed for 5+ yrs- that's two tenants ago. it looks as though my door frame had an altercation with a bat. And it was like pulling teeth to have that changed. Currently the super has been aware that my kitchen sink does not drain, (3 wks) alas... nothing. Despite its name there is much bad luck in their properties. Also NO VAPING- feels important to say because huh?!

We had a great experience while living at one of their apartments, but we did not have a pleasant experience after we moved out. They overcharged us for a carpet repair by almost double. We fully understood that we need to pay for the repair and we even immediately reported it after it happened. Having a family member who owns a carpet cleaning business made this VERY clear. I would never recommend renting through them as you be surprised once you receive your final deposit.

I received an unsolicited phone call from Robert Funston who supposedly works for Shamrock Realty, he called at 9:17pm...WTH? I have no idea why this man would be calling me, I am not actively looking for property, I've never heard of Shamrock Realty, nor do I know Robert Funston. I wouldn't do business with these people based on the prior review and this bizarre phone call.
