I have finally found a vet that I feel super confident in and don't feel like I'm being ripped off. Everyone here is so kind and clearly loves animals. My little nervous cat just had dental surgery and it went off without a hitch. So grateful for Seven Hills and my kitties will keep coming back!
Dr Alvin Hong was so nice and the way he communicated with us was so kind. He explained everything so clearly but so understandable in layman’s terms. His explanations included his thought process as he went along from start to finish. We felt very included in the decision making process of his evaluation of our dog’s overall health and then he got specific when it came to the reason we brought her in. Even though you could tell he was having a busy day, he never made us feel rushed and actually took extra time to do a small procedure that needed to be done instead of having us come back.
