Sassy in Noe is a hair salon. They specialize in keratin treatments. One customer made an appointment for a keratin treatment three months in advance based on the salon's website price. However, when she arrived, the stylist charged a higher price and was unwilling to honor the website's advertised rate. The customer ended up having her daughter's hair cut instead, and was happy with the results. The salon did a great job with the haircut.
