I had a good experience at this repair shop with my ThinkPad having a TrackPoint issue. Ultimately, the issue wasn't resolved, because it seemed that motherboard replacement would be necessary. For a computer a couple of generations old, it's not really a worthy investment. The technician/Ed was forthcoming and wasn't trying to up-sell anything. Troubleshooting of this kind is rather technical, but it was completed within a reasonable amount of time, and the price for the service was very reasonable in the end. Thank you for your service.
This Guys were able to get all my request done in minutes; This is the second time that they spend time with me even after business hours. They are very serious but resolve all your issues. I was in need to get this done and they were very gently as this is a great experience I recommend them for your computer repairs, faxing, scanning and even if you want to send money to your country. I needed to use a fax machine and the post office directed me to them, which was close by. He was helpful, the process was fast and affordable, definitely cheaper than mailing the documents at the post office. Thank you again for your help!!
