Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating

Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday in the afternoon around 2:30 pm in this very hot weather. We were so upset because of the heat and no air conditioning and thinking we will never get anyone out here and will probably have to wait at least 3-4 days to have someone come out. Well we called Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating that American Home Shield had sent out before and that is EXACTLY what they did....they came out to our house yesterday around 4:15!! Technician arrived on time. Unfortunately my wall furnace is old and hence over heating and hence the metal makes a loud clanging noise when the thermostat kicks in and when the thermostat reaches its temperature and goes off, the metal makes a loud clanging noise as it cools off. The technician said since the heater is working and since the appointment was via American Home Warranty - they will not replace it until it actually crashes or has carbon monoxide existence which he did check for also.
