We started our home buying journey knowing very little except for what we saw on zillow or redfin. Samantha made the entire process smooth and successful. From our very first meeting, she listened to our needs and wants in a home. She didn't waste any time and started sending us listings right away. We toured several houses and were pretty picky about what we were looking for. Yet, we managed to find a house that checked all the boxes we were looking for (and within our budget!). Samantha was an incredible realtor to work with. She managed every detail seamlessly, from the initial staging to the final sale. The home looked fantastic after she had it staged, and the listing photos were equally impressive, showcasing the property in its best light. Communication with Samantha was top-notch. She was always available, whether early in the morning or late at night, and responded promptly to any questions I had. Samantha was the absolute best realtor we have worked with in the bay area. We sold our previous home with Samantha this year and it was as painless and stress free as it could have possibly been. If we had a concern, we texted her and she had already thought of it. Never once did we have to worry that things were falling through the cracks or that she wasn't on top of things. Responsiveness and availability was excellent. We have young kids, so evening calls work better for us -- she was more than happy to accommodate us.
