Jimmy is the absolute best. I decided to bleach my virgin hair and he was able to do it in one session. Since then he’s been with me on my hair journey to orange and red. Hes just a genuinely great guy. I was having trouble styling my hair once it was bleached, since it was my first time dealing with it, and he had me stop by and gave me a little lesson on how to style it with recommendations to products. Just real, down to earth. I feel fortunate to have found him!

Jimmy is a highlighting savant. Jimmy rescued my hair and overall look from my bad at-home self-coloring kit snafu. Not only did he instantly know what to do to create a natural, professional look, he is an excellent listener who put me so at ease I drifted off into slumber in the salon chair while the highlighting foils were 'curing'. After he removed the foils he rinsed my hair then applied a wonderful conditioner/strengthener perfect for my very fine, thin hair. My hair texture hasn't felt this good in a very long time - whatever he used did no damage but strengthened my hair. Jimmy did all of this on a same-day basis meaning that I called in the morning and he created an appointment for me The Same Day!! All of this in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very competitive price. If you are looking to undo a self-coloring snafu, or to get a hair look that will earn compliments, Jimmy is your best choice by far.

I live in the area and always noted the Aveda products in the window as I'm an Aveda junkie. When it was finally time for a new hairstyle, I was sold when I looked up all the Yelp reviews and decided to add my own...I walked into the comfy space looking like Cousin It and emerged with flippy, healthy shampoo commercial hair. I LOVE my new cut! Jimmy listened and gave me exactly what I wanted while also steering me away from what wouldn't suite my length of hair. Super easy to make an appointment over email and you can't beat the price point at $55 . Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because at Aveda salons I'm used to a nice scalp massage before my cuts but didn't...read full review
