Very nice people. I got Joy, did a perm and got my hair colored as well. Some people might find their nice-ness rude but that's probably because of the influence from Cantonese. Either way price was fair and the results were good, would come back. They speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese fyi.

Very inexpensive haircut for $20. Had some spare time on my hands and didn't have to wait. The hair stylist did a great job cutting and styling .might be a little shorter then I would like but I work in a lab all day so it works out. They spoke pretty good English so I didn't need to struggle with my broken cantonese.

I hate waiting for a haircut. I love that I don't have to make an appointment and just walk in whenever I come to SF to visit. I moved away from SF to another state about a year ago but I still wait until I come back to visit to get my haircut. I have tried making an appointment in TX where I live now but I had to wait for an appointment even though they were trying to squeeze me in earlier because I was a new customer. The customer before me was running late and I had to wait. After waiting, my haircut was ok...nothing special. If it's not all that special, I really don't care to wait.
