Roof Doctors replaced my roof but in the process broke one of my skylights. When I told them about this, they claimed that the skylight was "already damaged" but their own inspection (done BEFORE the roof job) did not mention this at all. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNFAIR! Roof Doctors brags about their "excellent service" but when it comes down to it, they failed.
These contractors cancelled same day for an appointment we made a month ago, if you are looking for a mediocre company from Sacramento, I would call the roof doctors San Francisco without delay.
After reading all the reviews on yelp I thought I would be working with professionals. When I called the office I gave a detailed description of my problem and that with the rain in the forecast the person that I spoke with said she would send someone out in 2 days. The person never showed up but rather let me know they couldn't help me with my leak and furthermore had no suggestions. He did apologize but now it's the weekend and the rain will be here Tuesday and the entire interaction with"Matt" was so appalling I would never use this company and would discourage anyone that's asks me from using them.
