I have been renting from them for 3 years and they have not raised the rent. They get me my documents in an efficient manor. And have been easy to work with. They have an online portal to pay rent. They are pet friendly. They also let me pay my deposit initially by breaking it into 2 payments so it was more affordable and they seem like they genuinely care about their tenants. And work to improve the place by being prompt with any maintenance issue. And doing repairs and projects as needed. I found a great home in sf with their services !
