I became interested in Rolfing some time ago and after thorough research, I committed to a 10-series. Allie greeted me warmly; she's friendly, dedicated to healing, and pays meticulous attention to detail, focusing on different body parts in each session. At the start, she asked where I felt pain, addressing issues like bad posture, body imbalances, and specific pains. I attended each session diligently. As others have noted, it becomes intense as you progress through sessions, but your body adjusts and enters a healing phase. Allie ensured my comfort throughout, checking if I was too hot or cold and encouraging me to communicate any discomfort with pressure. Her genuine care was evident. After completing the 10 series, I felt rejuvenated, akin to a car tune-up--I feel like myself again. I'm definitely returning for another 10 series. Thank you, Allie, for aligning me and helping me be the best version of myself!

I logged into my yelp account for the first time since whenever I made it to post this review. After herniating two discs while skiing, I've spent the last three years trying every possible non-surgical remedy. Allie (Ming li) is the real deal, don't waste any more time scouring the internet - you have found your miracle worker.
