I originally found Robin Prior Tech Support on NextDoor through direct comments by the community. I chose him because of the multiple and stellar reviews I found on NextDoor. And I am so happy with my choice. What a wonderful experience working with Robin!! I had several really complicated and intractable problems/issues with iTunes for Windows and iPods and the synchronization and desynchronization of various music tracks and Podcasts and simplified the way I am ripping tracks from my CDs to add to my iTunes collection. These guys have saved me twice now, and I was so impressed by their work I made a Yelp profile just to say how grateful I am. They did a beautiful job on a broken hinge for my old and beloved XPS15, so when the hard drive starting making the chirp of death last week, I brought it straight to them. Despite the total mechanical failure, they had it back to me with a brand new HDD, running like nothing had even happened, in less than 24 hours.
