I scheduled a cleaning at SFO Long Term Parking, wanting to return to a clean car when I am back from a trip. While the cleaning was done, the results were far from satisfactory. My car was by no means very dirty - I usually wash it every 2-3 weeks. The car was left with swirl marks all over the place and there were lots of insect bodies on the front bumper that were not removed (look at the picture attached). I am not expecting perfect results, but this is ridiculously sloppy. It is worse than even a machine car wash, much less a $34 so-called hand wash. In the end, I had to finish the job myself when I reached home, definitely the last thing I wanted to do after a long flight.Service: Full body wash

WARNING: DO NOT purchase a car wash at SF Long term Parking lot to be performed by Pronto Car Wash. I prepaid for car wash at SFO Long term parking lot in April 2022. They never performed the service and I let them know immediately. After acknowledging their error, they promised a credit. After texting back and forth with them and also contacting SF Airport, they stopped responding. Now over two months later, I had to file a dispute w/ my credit card company. Now seeing the other reviews, it's apparent that they have major issues with performing services.Service: Full body wash

I hired them to wash my car in SFO's Long Term parking while I was on a trip. They had 8 days to wash the car. They sent me a text message that due to "supply chain issues" they could not perform the work. Supply chain issue for water, soap and a spunge?! They promised to refund the charges. We shall see. What a joke! SFO should fire them as a concession.Service: Full body wash
