The clinic also offers teeth cleaning services, which many clients find convenient. Dr. Kaina Helmer is highly praised for her detailed, kind, and patient approach. She takes time to explain all aspects of treatment and has helped pets improve significantly. The staff are excellent at caring for senior pets with special needs, making clients feel confident in the exceptional care provided. Even those who have moved away still choose to return to Presidio Way because of the trust and quality care they receive.
Been happily coming here for years! On my first visit, Dr. Helmer quickly diagnosed my cat’s health issue that had puzzled other vets. She also noticed some dental issues that other vets never did. My cat clearly felt better after receiving proper care. I’m grateful for her and the wonderful staff here.
I visited Presidio Way Pet Hospital after one of my 3 months old kittens displayed severe limping one morning. I called the hospital and was able to come by right away. Little waiting time and loving care by Dr. Helmer made the visit as agreeable as possible.
So, thank you for so carefully handling my little dude, I very much appreciate it. I was at another pet hospital close-by with one of my other cats, and the experience was so terrible that I swore to myself I would never torture my cats with a vet hospital visit again unless they would be in a very severe state. My dog Frijolita has surgery at Presidio Way today .Patella Luxation.
Doctor Helmer explained everything and she is really kind .
Everything went well .
She cared about Frijolita and did the best for her.
The service is excellent and front desk is friendly . One assistant explained everything as well for how to use the medicine .
I recommend them.
