I have been taking personal training and small group classes at Powerplaysf since July 2023 and I have had such a great experience. Shout out to Kwanua, Daniel, Fabi, Jen, and Pudji in particular! What is amazing to me is that they offer exceptional individualized and personalized service while at the same time offering a wide variety of classes and approaches to personal training so you can experiment and switch things up. For example, I have done one on one boxing, Pilates, and weight training and small group strength and conditioning, Trx, yoga, boxing, and Pilates classes. Powerplay has been an incredible force for good in my life, and I can't recommend them enough. They are worth every penny especially for women in their child bearing years. I started my fitness journey before getting pregnant in hopes of establishing a foundation of strength and pelvic floor awareness, and they more than delivered on that goal. The coaches and especially Kwanua helped me feel empowered and healthy going into and throughout my pregnancy, with the ability to work out right til the very end in a way that felt completely safe. I really liked working out at Powerplay with my personal trainer Daniel. He is very knowledgeable, and was very helpful and understanding of my condition. I was restarting weightlifting after an injury and really liked how he gave me an in-depth insight into each of the movement and exercise that we did. I never regressed during this time working out with him and was goal to reach my goal.We started with the basics and eventually moved to more complex lifts. I would highly recommend this studio, especially if you are coming from an injury and want someone to guide you through the recovery.- Aditya
