He excels at diagnosing over the phone, saving me a lot of $$$. For example, had them install a fancy motion sensor kitchen faucet. Six months later it stops working. Called Chris. "Did you change the batteries"? Ah, no, I thought it ran on magic dust.This time my garbage disposal stopped working. Chris asks if it makes any sound. “Edward is the plumber extraordinaire ! He's super responsible, honest, down to earth & very skillful at his craft . There were some challenging issues w repairing my old Jacuzzi. Other plumbers said the tub had to be lifted out of its base & fixed from underneath at a cost of almost $900! Edward was able to tie the tubing to a bamboo stick & pull it thru to connect it to the motor & it took only a couple minutes and saved me hundreds. He's easy to talk to , the best plumber I've ever had !!!“
