He not only fixed our leaky pipe in an incredibly quick time but installed our portable bidet for free. In addition, he even worked on installing an air gap for our dishwasher and replaced one of our cracked pipes for free. We paid a fair and reasonable price for all of these services and we're incredibly happy with all the repairs he did! “Fast, friendly, reliable.I've been using Renstrom for years. After buying a home, you get to be on a first name basis with some companies. For me, it's Chris. He excels at diagnosing over the phone, saving me a lot of $$$. For example, had them install a fancy motion sensor kitchen faucet. Six months later it stops working. Called Chris. "Did you change the batteries"? Ah, no, I thought it ran on magic dust.This time my garbage disposal stopped working. Chris asks if it makes any sound. If it does it's clogged, if not, it's over, time for a replacement. So next day Alexey shows up right on time with my new Badger Insinkerator. First, I get props for clearing out the space under the sink, unlike some clients. Yay, me.8am arrival, 8:45 departure. New disposal tested and green lighted. He cleaned up & even offered to put the pile of clutter back under the sink where I can forget about it again.“

Leo was there first thing Tuesday morning, cut away the ruined drywall, found an old pipe that had ruptured with age, and replaced it. “Edward is the plumber extraordinaire ! He's super responsible, honest, down to earth & very skillful at his craft . There were some challenging issues w repairing my old Jacuzzi. Other plumbers said the tub had to be lifted out of its base & fixed from underneath at a cost of almost $900! Edward was able to tie the tubing to a bamboo stick & pull it thru to connect it to the motor & it took only a couple minutes and saved me hundreds. He's easy to talk to , the best plumber I've ever had !!!“
