“Tl;dr: Appointment, incredibly quick work, went above and beyond to help me out.Had an embedding lip piercing (my own fault). Came here to get a longer bar, which I was dreading for the annoyance factor. I was seen incredibly fast for my appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes.This place could have easily charged me for new jewelry (and I would have been okay with it). But instead they just switched my post to one with a bigger flat back. They charged me only for the post AND I got to keep my original spiked end :DI appreciate their help so much! My lip piercing has been doing so much better and the relief was immediate. Next time I get an itch to be stabbed with metal, I’ll be returning! Thank you guys so much.“
