Pediatric Radiology: California Pacific Medical Center: Pacific Campus

The staff were really good at explaining what to do and where to go. The technician was extremely reassuring and friendly. I could not have asked for a better first mammogram experience.

I really have no complaints, other than the incredibly steep street to get here. Not relevant, but the art on the walls is pretty sad. First thing, you enter a lovely large seating area that nobody is ever sitting in. The sign outside the entrance says to check in at the desk. I've been here several times & either there's nobody on the desk, or you are completely ignored. On to the elevators, they could use some signage here. I just keep walking down the hall to an area with a bunch of doors, & a couple have buttons arrow up or down. Gotta be the elevators. We had to bring our family member here for a dental procedure. Any time someone has to have general anesthesia it's a serious thing. Having said those two things, everything went really well and all the staff we had dealings with were very supportive, kind, patient and understanding. The premises were clean and not dated or worn that I could tell. I was rather stressed and paying more attention to my family member, but believe me, if things were dirty or tattered, I would have noticed. Our situation is different than most folks, our family member is of the Special Needs classification. But I believe that anyone would have been treated with as much dignity and respect.... read full review
