Tried the manicure & pedicure, had to remove old gel nails. Got a nail paint for feet. Just a tip- wear open toe sandals after applying fresh nail paint, how much ever we think it's dried - it hasn't !! Good value for money! Good staff.

Nancy did an amazing job today on my gel mani. I work near by & wanted to find a place to get my nails done on my lunch break. It was the fastest one i've ever had. She was so sweet, we talked about our kids and what it's like living in the city. By the time I knew it, she was all done. I even had time to stop for a banh mi next door & enjoy the rest of my lunch break. I'm glad I found this small hidden gem.

I had originally scheduled for my manicure elsewhere, but plans fell through. Since I live close to Pampered Hands, I decided to swing by on a Monday afternoon. No appointment, but they were able to fit me in pretty quickly. With that being said, the first lady that was working on me... let's just say that I would've given this place a 1 star. She was all over the place. First she didn't understand the nail shape that I wanted (I said almond and she had no clue what that was... eventually I said oval and one of her associates had to also tell her what that meant.
