I too was shocked after taking a pants suit to this place . The suit was old but a favorite and it came back with two holes in the fabric - one was on the lapel where they tried to press the lapel to hide the hole . I was so disgusted and didn’t discover it until too I tried to wear it months after I had it back home . I wish I had read these posts before choosing this company . I would have been more diligent in finding a cleaner with better service. I am doing that now and saw these posts for this business . Love this place so much. Julie is the kindest person, always gives dogs treats and has the most genuine heart in the world. Everything I’ve gotten dry cleaned here turns out perfectly.

This place is a scam. They shrunk a brand new suit jacket of mine, then spent the next four months trying to resize it. During those four months I had to reach out to ask for updates. If I had not reached out they’d likely never have done anything. When I tried the jacket back on after they “resized” it, it was still shrunk and fit exact same. They offered me store credit or less than half the value of the jacket back (I wore it once), but here’s the kicker. I wouldn’t get the jacket back if I took either option.
