I wish Yelp gave every user account a one-time greater-than-5-star rating to use, because this would be mine. Outerlands converted our lower-level unfinished garage into 500 sq ft of living space + finished garage + outdoor patio in a job that involved significant excavation work. I can confidently say Outerlands was a cut above the competition because the other bids (we talked to over 20 contractors) had significantly longer timelines, told us certain aspects of the project would not be possible (or within budget), and told us there was no way we could stay in the house during construction.
