Quick call-back response to my initial inquiry - same day. Offered quotes over phone for simple utility sink leak repair (competitive prices with other calls I made); scheduled appt. on the phone and later arrived at scheduled time. Work performed quickly with good information and advice regarding other plumbing questions. Bonus - very pleasant gentleman to chat with also. Highly recommended.

Needed a slow draining sink fixed so I called Otoshi. I've used him before so I knew his work was top notch, and his prices were good. Called him on a Friday just as he was leaving work, it wasn't an emergency so he said he'd get back to me on Monday, he did in the morning, came over soon afterwards, had his mask on and finished the work in a short amount of time sent me a bill about a week later that was more than reasonable. Work was outstanding, he is professional, prompt, careful, thorough and well priced for the work done. Highly recommended.

Otoshi plumbing was recommended to me on Nextdoor. I have used this plumber four times and was super happy each time. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, very fair in pricing and I recommend him to all my friends and relatives now. He will come right away if urgent and very responsive.
