One Medical: Financial District - Clay

I'm a huge fan of One Medical. I have been going there for about 8 years now. I've changed Primary Care Doctors a few times as I've moved jobs and they have all been great. I have also been seen by a number of physicians when I needed a quick appointment. Appointments are super easy to get using their app or website. I can do drop-in labs really easy. All the locations I've visited have been super tidy with friendly and competent staff.

I enjoyed the time I spent with Dr. Lim. He was very attentive, kind, caring, and very thorough in asking me questions about my different physical conditions. Medical care has been pretty good, however, there's been so much pain dealing with billing and admin. I came in just for a routine annual check up at this branch and ended up with needing to deal with a lab work bill from a 3rd party company that we were not meant to be liable for. One Medical agrees with us and was supposed to take care of it but it's been 4 months, creating a lot of stress and risk to impacting our credit. Frustrating experience and it hasn't even been resolved yet.
