During my stay in San Francisco this summer I have visited the lovely Oliviana Nail spa several times - I've had a mani, pedi and lash extensions. ALL quality service and friendly staff. However , my last visit was less then favorable I was charged 70 usd for a gel fill in (much more then the time previous) told I needed to have acrylic which I NEVER wear and encouraged to pay in cash! The service/treatment that I recently experienced was a total 180° from my intial encounter. To be honest I was a bit let down as I felt I found my new home salon when visiting San fran. Xx

Professional staff who are friendly, warm, accommodating, respectful and the salon is so pretty, decorated very classy and atmosphere is always relaxing despite always being busy with customers but cannot ask for better with all of the foliage everywhere. It is clean and reasonably priced for SF. I am satisfied to keep coming year after year, right in our own Beautiful Bayview Backyard*+.

Every time I come here the service is always outstanding and I love how they take their time and don't rush their work. They are very nice and i definitely recommend people come here.
