I had a wonderful massage with Nancy yesterday. I have thoracic outlet syndrome in my left arm. Which causes major pain and severe numbness down my arm. Nancy understood exactly how to navigate and work on this issue for me. I'm so grateful to her.

unfortunately, they have basically have monopoly on this sort of thing. during the golden years of San Francisco, there were more hot tub spots around town. I go solo my critique is they seem to be cheap and cut corners. they don't change the trash containers between clients, gross. And they are neurotic about towels giving you ONE usually. I always ask for more and I tip them for it but it seems weird so I've stopped going for a while.

My favorite spot to visit in the city when I come to visit! I get the best massages here. I feel so much better afterward like all my knots and stiffness is gone. I prefer doing the hot tub first to loosen up.
