I have no hesitation to recommend Nick to anyone who needs a real estate agent, especially in a complicated market like San Francisco.
To understand why I think so highly about Nick’s service, I need to briefly describe what he did for me. My property was under San Francisco City’s Second Loan Program (CLSP). After we had had our buyer and was going through the mandated 45-day review period, the City surprisingly exercised their Right of Refusal and interjected a second buyer who, after three weeks of twists and turns, only to withdraw her offer! Nick Johnson assisted in the sale of my multi-unit building in Pacifica where I utilized a 1031 tax-deferred exchange to purchase a single family home in Millbrae CA.
