I came in as a walk-in client for a haircut and color retouch . I got Tiffany and she did a fantastic job. Sure, there are fancier salons around, but this place is a no-frills, get-the-job-done, no pretense type of shop. My cute bob and color was $80 total (for *both* cut and color)!! This is almost unheard of in San Francisco. You can get in, get out and have more time to enjoy the rest of your day on pleasant Chestnut Street.

Tiffany is excellent. I have gone to her for years for cutting and blow-dries. The salon itself is a mess. It has not been painted or thoroughly cleaned in the 10 years that I have been going there. The landlord does not seem to care. The telephone is broken, you cannot hear what is being said. It is time for the health inspector to go there and cite the salon.I feel badly for the stylists working in these conditions.

This is a great place to get a men's haircut and cheap!! I paid $15 bucks and looks great! Make sure to ask for Jackie she is very very nice and good at cutting hair!!! I guess they have raised their price to $20 a haircut still a great deal.
