I had Next install a brand new heat pump in my condo in SF to replace an old furnace. They did a great job and price was reasonable. Some minor delays and the project ran over in terms of time but the two folks working on the project stayed late to get the job done. I would say that the only negative feedback is that the communication could have been better when delays / issues were occurring on when they would come back, etc. I had to be proactive to call their office but other than that they did an excellent job and I could not be more than happy with my new heat pump
I had a leaking dishwasher so called for a repair. John was on time and well mannered. He was able to identify the cause of the leak and fixed it promptly. Overall a great experience, and will likely hire them again for future issues!
