I had three surgeries in 4 months this year and Mila has helped me to recover from them in a short amount of time. She also has been giving lifestyle and self care tips to improve one of my chronic diseases that cause swelling in body, and I'm seeing significant changes. Her sessions are extremely enjoyable and I'm hoping to work with Mila for a long time to learn more and manage my chronic disease better.
I worked with Mila through two important body transition moments and she is an incredible whole body healer. I could not recommend her more - she truly cares about her patient’s wellness and I know I did better because I worked with her. She offers a variety of modalities and is a lovely person overall.
Working with Mila was one of the best investments into my personal wellness. She is very personable and makes one feel very accepted, relaxed, and "at home", yet her sessions are well-organized and full of relevant content. I shared a session together with a friend and we had a blast: learning, chatting, doing the exercises to great music that Mila had thoughtfully selected. I appreciated that she wasn't only focused on showing us how to do the exercises "here and now", but also how to incorporate them into a daily routine, for instance while driving or studying - I found a lot of value in that. I felt fantastic after the session and started using this newly found tool to help with stress reduction and generally feel more grounded. I highly recommend working with Mila to learn about diaphragmatic breathing if you want to improve circulation, sleep quality, and overall physical and mental wellness.
