The WORST company I have ever worked for as a receptionist. I had an interview with Aedrey Grey through my temp agency. Aedrey was a bit rude but since this was supposedly a temp to perm position, I took the job. The receptionist was leaving so I was supposed to take her position. She didn't train me professionally, other Moss Adams employees were telling me how many temps left which crapped me out. Management treats you like you're some d*** receptionist. A horrible and unproffesional company in general. My job was to answer calls, send and recieve mail ect. (Basic recpetionist duties) .. THEN I was supposed to clean the kitchen after the MA employees were finished with there feast, also I was to stock heavy items every friday in the kitchen. I didnt know my job was to be a receptionist/janitor. Horrible experience.
Very disappointed with Moss Adams management. I was scheduled an interview through my agency and it seemed to be a really good company. They initially said I didn't get the job then the next day they said they wanted me to start work the following week. RED FLAG. I accepted and later found out that the other receptionist quit abruptly in addition to the other receptionist who was leaving that week (2 positions available now, not 1) Long story short, I was not trained improperly and received harsh feedback from Aedrey Grey because Angelina Armenta (girl who trained me) was feeding her lies. She lied about me and the other girl being trained. But what makes it worse is that Aedrey was micromanaging from her computer at home so she did not witness any of my performance but spoke on everything. When I tried telling her that the information she was given was false she fired me and told me that anything I am doing wrong is my fault and had nothing to do with how I was trained (so this is all based on one persons opinion). And HR was very rude when dismissing me, basically said get your crap and leave now while I was in the middle of binding books for potential clients. I should've went with my gut feeling when MA coworkers told me on my first day about how many temps they've had quit within the last year. This is why they use temp agencies because they can fire temps over anything, if I was permanent with MA they could never fire me for defending myself after being lied on. Losing 3 people within 2 weeks...not a good look! Stop letting one person sabotage all potential employees.
