I went in to get a check up for my dog before an upcoming flight. We saw Dr.Amanda and she was really kind. I didn’t feel rushed and I left with all my questions answered. I would definitely request to see her again if I return for another visit.
On the other hand the front desk lady I talked to was rude. She seems like she doesn’t enjoy her job, which can be off-putting in a stressful circumstance such as the vet.
Overall one of the better vet experiences I have had.
Love the doctors here. We've seen Dr Fortuna and Dr Blumstein. They were both fantastic, spent time explaining things and were very knowledgeable. We've been through a number of vets in the Bay Area and Mission Pet is definitely our favorite. Parking is a pain, so give some extra time or get a drop off. Early mornings are easier.
Dr. Jill Fortuna was incredibly professional and kind to my chiuahua, Miss Penny Centavos. Not only did she calm me down, Miss /Penny was very comfortable with her. Penny got her vaccinations, her nails done, her ears checked, her anal glands expunged, eye checked and her teeth checked. We also got a prescription for gabapentin for her anxiety, pain medication for her eye and teeth as well. And it only cost $505.00 which a non profit paid for 500.00 of it. I knew it was going to be a fabulous day for Miss Penny and me. So happy to have found a new vetrinar
